Flanked by daughters Susan, left, and Barbara, right, Mrs. Marilyn Lovell, wife of the Apollo 8 Command Module pilot James Lovell, holds their youngest child, Jeffery, during liftoff of Saturn V rocket also carrying Frank Borman and James Lovell on a lunar orbital mission.
