Gemini 4 recovery

Overhead view of the Gemini-4 spacecraft showing the yellow flotation collar used to stabilize the spacecraft in choppy seas. The green dye marker is highly visible from the air and is used as a locating aid. Astronauts Jim McDivitt and Ed White are waiting to be hoisted aboard a U.S. Navy helicopter.
